Getting started with FirstClass

One of the bits of software that you’ll find most useful for your Open University studies is the FirstClass client software which came on the Online Applications CD with your course materials.  Although it is perfectly possible to study the course without installing it, using it makes for a far more pleasant, quick experience.

So… I’ve put together an unofficial quick an’ dirty video guide to getting started with FirstClass and pointing out some of the main areas you may find useful during the course.   It may take a while to load, but I hope you find it helpful!  If you need more advice on getting into the OU’s system, then there’s an OU-provided guide on Help with signing in which may also prove helpful!
